In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipment, please contact me within 1 week of receiving your damaged product to make arrangements for replacement or a refund. To help the process, please take photos of the outer packaging and damaged prints/products and email the photos to me. Also, be sure to hang onto the original packaging. In some instances of damaged shipments, UPS will pick up the damaged shipment as part of the return process.
